Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery dates, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or customs processing. Returns and Refunds
To ensure the safety and integrity of our customers, we do not accept returns of any opened or used test kits. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to initiate the process. For refunds, items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
Note: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect product shipped or defective item).
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15-20 business days of receiving the returned item. Non-Refundable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any test kits that have been opened or used. Additionally, items returned after the 7-day return window are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are only available for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
